Hello All,
We are on SCM 5.0 - DP.
I am trying to load the data from the cube to interactive planning via transaction /SAPAPO/TSCUBE.
I loaded once and then reloaded second time. The quantity for the cube for a product is 70. When I loaded first time and saw in the interactive planning it was 70 but when it was loaded second time it got doubled to to 140 in the interactive planning.
What could be the reason ? Please help.
Regards
Raj
Hi Raj :
Please check your setting in transaction mentioned .
There is a tab called Key Figure assignment where you define key figure mapping .There you will see a check box "add data " .I think you have checked that box and thats why its getting added . If you want to overwrite that , uncheck that box and then load data and it will overwrite .
Hope this will help you

use a dummy KF with out any values..
copy that KF into the KF in which you want to delete values...
Use /sapapo/tscopy....
create a variant and keep on using it when you are doing R&D on the system.
you can also run a macro with KF1= 0 . once you run the macro interactively, make sure that you save the values.
if u r doing some testing , make that KF editable and delete values manually.
but i suggest use /sapapo/tscopy....

Hi Raj,
I believe the data that you require in the KF is already present in the infocube, so you need not copy those values in temp KF or aux KF.
Just go to the planning book and interactively delete the values and click on save before exiting the transaction.
In case the CVC's are too many then interactive saving of deletion might not be possible, under such scenario as rightly suggested by uma, you can create a macro with the logic
KF1=0; then create a background job for the same and execute it in background.
