Error On opening of IR

I am getting error like unable to open when i am clicking IR.

please let me know the details.

Hi,

Troubleshooting:

Probably Java™ WebStart does not detect the correct Proxy Settings .

This could be set to None or to specific for values HTTP Proxy and HTTP Port .

Contact your network administrator for the correct settings.

To change the Proxy Settings:

Select Windows Start menu -> All Programs -> Java Web Start -> Java Web Start

Choose File -> Preferences -> General

Choose None to switch off the proxy settings or Manual to set the HTTP Proxy and HTTP Port.

ChooseOK

Close Java™ Webstart

Check the proxy setting in Java WebStart

for doing this open java webstart by

Select Windows Start menu -> All Programs -> Java Web Start -> Java Web Start

Choose File menu -> Preferences -> General

Choose None to switch off the proxy settings

click OK

then try.

If you use IE-> goto Tools>Internet options->connection > LAN settings> uncheck proxy server details...

Make sure the following setting are done in Java Web Start.

Hi,

It is the problem because you have to change lan settings in internet explorar. If you disable proxy you wont get the error

reward points if needful.
