upgradation to sp14 error in java stack

Hi

I am getting the following error when i tried to upgrade WAS with sp14 in Java stack at the update configuration phase(Step 14/22).

ERROR 2005-12-19 19:04:44

CJS-20011 J2EE Engine configuration error. DIAGNOSIS: Error when configuring J2EE Engine. See output of logfile C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\PATCH\ORA/config.log: 'SAP J2EE Engine Batch Config Xml Generator</b>

And in the config log file generated i got this following note.

<b>Error occured during tasks XML generation!

A configuration with the path "cluster_data/instance.properties.ID18414" does not exist.</b>

Any idea how to proceed futher.
