Message Processor Detail

Dear Friends,

In Service desk tickets FAST ENTRY Screen. I put Message Processor BP number . At that time where the Message Processor details stored. I want that table details. I got two tables BAD_PARTNER and CRMD_UBB_NOTIF_H but these table don't have entry.

Please help me for this.

Hey,

In CRM unlike other SAP modules, it is always better to look for Funtion modules rather than Tables themselves... because information is stored across tables...

The Function modules to get the partner information is CRM_PARTNER_READ_OW..

If you want you can Debug this FM and get the tables you are asking for..

Thanks for your reply.

In crm_dno_monitor transaction one super user-1 puts the some other super user-2 bp number in message processor field.

How can I get that detail of super user-2? System gives Super user-1 details that have changed the ticket.

How can I get the alv output person responsible field value?
