Show Order Qty, Shipped out Qty&Open Qty for each SCHEDULE line of Orders?

HI Experts,

I need to show the

Order Qty

Shipped Qty

OPEN quantities(Un Shipped quantities)

at each SCHEDULE line level for all Sales orders.

So, am pulling the date like,

Order qty from VBEP-WMENG and

Open Qta from VBBE-OMENG

Then am calculating like,

Shipped Qty = VBEP-WMENG - VBBE-OMENG

But, still some SCHEDULE lines r missing in VBBE table!!

so, pls. let me know that,

1) Is there any other alternative ideas for my requirement?

2) Why some SCHEDULE lines r missing in VBBE table?

Your equation is absolutely perfect, i checked with all possible scenarios, nothing is missing as you mentioned in the table VBBE...any clarifications pls reply

the sales order line items, which are created DELIVERY, are not existing in VBBE.

In other words, once the delivery is created for a line item of order, its no longer tretaed as OPEN, so, here, we r not finding that line item entry in VBBE.

but, here, in my requirement, OPEN means, which is not goods issued.

So, I need the data source, where I can get the line items, which r not goods issued----but, SCHEDULE line level.

Dear Srinivas

Try with VBEP where you have fields like

- Schedule line

- Order quantity

- Confirmed quantity

- Material Available date

- Goods Issue date

- Movement Type

I feel your requirement can be met if you run this table in SE16.

Dear Srinivas

If your requirement is to track open orders which are not goods issued, then via VBEP itself, you can track. If the field "Goods Issue date" is blank, then you can assume that it is open. Not satisfied with this proposal still ??

but, anyways, my requiremet is SHOWING AT SCHEDULE LINE level for the OPEN qtys.
