Hi,
Yes there are more than one way of doing this but as you are looking for a complete solution it is impossible to do this here.
I assume that your sales are regionalised so you can monitor these, you then have track where your current advertisements are and how long they will be there for. Again you need to go this by region. You can then monitor both and see if sales are good or bad and is the advertisment are active in the region.
You could use a combination of sale plans/deals and promotions conditions and then use these to analyise how sales are doing in the concerned areas/regions.
Needs a little thinking but it is possible.

my client is spending 12 crores per year in advertisement and sales promotions like hordings etc.....
for eg:
only for this purpose he wants solution:
in the states where lower sales are reported in that state we can concentrate advertisement and
promotions very well and try to increase the sales.
is there any tracking tool in sap r/3
