xi support?

Hi Guys,

Q1.I dont have much idea on xi support project. I know that we would be troubleshooting the issues in the scenarios.

But my question is when implementation is already done perfectly why we get issues?

Q2. where we find the issues (Is it in sxmb_moni?) and what is the navigation to check the description of that error inorder to troubleshoot?

Please help me with the answers

Q1: Because in all integration projects there is soooo many components involved, that a lots of things can go wrong. Connections may fail, wrong values can cause mapping failures, system can get stuck, messages in queues must be released when error occurs in the first of them... there's more things then you can imagine

Q2: the main monitoring tool is runtime workbench. you can see both error types (AE & IE) there
