Hey Guys,

When i copy a Sales Doc type, for eg OR to ZOR, does the copy control assigned for OR also get copied, if no what should we do about that.

Hi,

It is true. If you copy the document type OR and rename as ZOR, then the copy controls maintained for OR will be enabled for ZOR also.

NS,

When you are copying from std order it gives a POPUP asking if you want to copy the settings of COPY CONTROL click yes then its copied else you have to manually do the copy control settings.using VTAA.

Is this entry also relevant for copying control?

If u click yes then all the copy controls will be coped.

HI ,

When u copy in the tcode VOV8, it will copy. if it dont copy then go to VTAA, there u can copy from OR to ZOR.
