Dear Friends,
We are using Web Survey Tool of SEM-SRM for HCM surveys as well for some specific survey process.
We have created Questionnaires, assign the same a survey, assign to target group and send out the Survey.
Configuration done in SAP Connect for inbound processing of mails.
Recipients are able to receive the survey in their Microsoft Outlook inbox and are able to attend and submit the survey.
Once the survey is submitted, a message is shown in u2018Sentu2019 box of recipient that u201CForm posted from Microsoft Internet Exploreru201D with attachment in u201C.aatu201D format.
Problem :
=======
The survey submitted by the respondent is not reaching the sender.
Possible solution was :
=================
Connectivity between Microsoft Exchange Server and SAP server need to be established for sending and receiving of mails for which we need to create an email ID which has a previlage of sending and receiving mails outside also.
For which a small routine should be written on Exchange Server for the mails routed to SAP Server.
Due to some technical difficulties we were not able to execute the same functinality.
Kindly sugguest is there any possible solutions available alternate to this.
Thanking you advance.
Best Regards

Hi,
I see the issue is just in your Exchange Server setting.
For testing purpose, you can test it with external email address like Google mail, if it does not pass through the Exchange Server.

Masa

Hi
Thanks for the response.
I know that the problem is with our routine to be written on Exchange Server. Due to some contraints we are not able to do the same.
I would like to know is there any other alternate solution is available to direct the feed back mails to SAP Server.
Thanks & Regards
Sreelatha
