Text Determination Problem-'Access sequence does not exist'

Hi Guru's

I have done Text Determintion for to copy data from Customer Master to Sales Document.

After I trasporting to Testing Client for testing .

The data is is not copied from Custumer Master to Sales documents

System shows meesage for text 'Access sequence does not exist'

But Access sequence exist in the config

I have configured Access and Access Sequence and procdure and determination

Still I face the problem

Plz advice

Hi,

It is better to delete the configuration in the development system and recreate the configuration again in developement system with the new transport request. Then move this request to Quality system.

Hi,

You ned to generate the access in your testing client.

Goto -> SPRO -> Sales & Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Text Control -> Define Access Sequences For Determining Texts -> Click on Text and Generate Access.

Please check and confirm.

I already tried that in Testing client and worked fine .Transported to production, After Saving Access sequence in testing Client that change will not be saved in the request. After transporting Production also the same problem exist.

Hi,

You need to maintain the PARTNER ROLE (like SP or SH) in the access seqence. otherwise it will not consider.Pls check &letme know

I already maintained in SH for Ship to party. It is working fine in development Client. The Problem when we transport to other client, server or production.
