Hi folks,

I want to run a program RSSNAPDL, to restore SNAP table, but I am unable to logon to application server, because SNAP table has too many entries, is there any other way to run this program.

Thanks.

Sai.

Hi Sai,

Well in this case may be you need to delete the entries at the database level using SQL commands. It is kind of strange that logon is not possible. Can you also describe what all is happening when you try to login?

Hi Ruchit,

Thanks for your reply, when i try to login i get the following error log

-

Error analysis

The error cause cannot be determined, since the table SNAP does not

contain a suitable short dump.

Table SNAP probably already contains so many short dumps that it cannot

take on any more. Examine the situation using the system log.

SNAP contains all short dumps from the last 7 days.

Hello Sai,

You get this error in the first screen immediately after login or is a pop up coming. In case it is proper screen then try /nse38. What happens then.
