I dont think by default SAP offers that functionality.
however you can configure this feature. In SE12 pickup table /sapapo/trprod and go to technical settings. Down below in the table technical settings, activate the change log. This will capture any changes to the table over a period of time. Then you can always access the table for any deleted records by picking up table DBTABLOG. Make sure the table content is not deleted for a range of time you want to keep an archive.
