how i can Block Print option for others which are only display

i have one doubt i want block printing for end users, who are qulified for display and object linking only.

i want restrict print option for them.

I think it is not possible.

if user has view option. He can download the document & then print.

or

User can use print screen option & then print the document.

I don't no you are aware of during define WSA we cuould Block Print Option.

This will effect on all user.
