Hi all,
When implementing a scenario with an IDoc receiver, I had an authorisation problem. I defined the RFC destination used by the IDoc receiver with user PIAPPLUSER. In the backend ERP system this user only had its normal authorisation. The IDoc's did not arrive in the system. It was only when I assigned this user SAP_ALL profile that I could see the IDoc's arriving in the backend. Off course this is far too much authorisation, but I didn't find which authorisation was actually needed.
I would really appreciate your comment on what kind of user and which authorisations to use in the RFC from XI to the receiver system in the IDoc receiver communication channel.
kind regards,
Peter Glas
Hi,
To test the Authorization check
Double click the RFC Destination that u have created in XI towards R/3 in SM59
Select UtilitiesTestAuthorization test
By this you can come to know whether your user is having the propper authorization or not
