Shipment cost distribution to material costs

Hello friends,

I created PO first with two line items.

Then i created inbound delivery with reference to PO.

I cteated shipment document with reference to inbound delivery.

I created ship.cost documents(Costs based on weight)

Then i did MIGO with reference to inbound delivery.

But in MIGO accounting document system is distributing shipment costs equally to two items. We need to transfer shipment costs proportionatily. Not equal distribution. Based on weight it has to distribute.

How to do this?

Dear Lakki,

Please go to T_56 transaction then click on Define item categories then select your shipment cost itemcategory then click on Details mirror system will take you itemcategory details screen in that screen you check the field Cost dist. settings , under settlement tab.

You change these settings to A - Shipment cost item then try

If not comes try with other available options also then try,
