Problem with RFC ~ WebService

Hi Experts,

I am a newbie in this world of WS. I have two problems.

a) I have written a RFC and through SE80 utility I have created WebService on it. Now the problem is that when I go to 'SOAMANAGER > Appl. svenario communication> Single Service Admin' . I can see my WebServices. But the WSDL binding URL changes along with the application server. So how the consumer is supposed to get one single signature and binding.

b) If I want to delete or deactivate an WebService , how do I do that?

Thnaks and Regards,

Subhra

HI Subhra,

Once you have created the WS, you need to publish the same to service registry, service registry will the common place for all cosumers to use the WS and it will have common signature.

please find blog on how to publish the ws to service registry

you don't need to publish anything.

ad a) afaik the binding includes the binding to a certain application server

ad b) go to SE80 an simply delete the service.
