Sales order and invoice number range

Which user exits is for sales order number range? and how to set invoice number range is external?

Hi Dandan,

The fallowing user exit for sales number range

The program MV45AFZZ

USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE

Use this user exit to define the number ranges for internal document number assignment depending on the required fields. For example, if you want to define the number range depending on the sales organization (VKORG) or on the selling company (VKBUR), use this user exit.

The user exit is called up in the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.

Billing Number range

Go to VN01 transaction here you enter No and FROM and TO nuber range then you can check mark EXt check box for external number range.

But Billing document external nimber range not advaisable.

This is User exit available for billing number range

USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE_INV_DATE (Module pool SAPLV60A, program RV60AFZC)
