How to check Installationupgrade key in solution manager

Hi Expert,

I have installed SAP ECC6. Now i want to check the "installationupgrade key" in solution manager T-Code is SMSY, slect the SID , but i am not getting the key which i generated time of Installation ECC6.0 .

is there is any process to check what is" installationupgrade key" for the same SID.

points will be rewardable.

As long as the SID, System number and the Message Server is kept same the Installation and Upgrade key remains the same.

You can pick up this key by following as below:

Goto SMSY -> Under the landscape components click on the SID for which you need the key -> Goto System Menu -> Other Object -> Click on Generate Installation/Upgrade key button (or CtrlShiftF10)

You would be able to check the key now
