Hi
To color individual cells Template->shading-> click on the cell u need to shade and change the color.
it fills the color in ur respective cell. if u want to use same color for another cell then go to that cell click on it and click on the icon use shading it now fills the color. U can find this icon in down arrow symbol .
To deactivate draw mode click on the same icon again which u used for drawing.
