Hi,
I have created an alert category and I am getting the alert messages in alert inbox. I want to give a detail error message in the long text of alert and it should contain values from the message payload. I am not using a bpm. How can i get values from the message payload in the long text?
Thanks in advance,
Linsy
Hi all,
Thanks for all the replies.
I have seen all the blogs and links u have mentioned ...
even i am using a UDF for raising alerts.
My problem is how to get values from the message payload
(it shud be the values of elements in the payload)and display it in the long/short text.
And i have mentioned before that i am not using a bpm...
Thanks,
linsy

Hi,
Without using BPM, you can try out with triggering an alert from UDF:
