I am getting error at delivery level that is
No RFC destination is defined for SAP Global Trade Services

Hi,
actually you are getting this error because of activating sap golbal trade services.
You have to deactivate that one.
For that use below path.
SPRO\sales and sistribution\foreigntradeand customs\SAP Global Trade Services - Plug-In\Control Data for Transfer to SAP Global Trade Services\Technical Activation of Document Transfer
Here you will deactivate sales and purchase documents related to SAP global trade services

Dear Sarvesh
Go to IMG path -- Cross Application Components --> Predefined ALE Business Processes --> Cross Application Business Processes --> Logistics > LogisticsExternal Systems --> External Transportation Planning Systems --> Define RFC Destination. TCode SM59.
Here define the RFC destination.

Hi Sarvesh,
I hope you are working with US based tax sructure so it is calling GTS (Global Trade Services)System but there is no GTS system link available to your SAP system ,so you are not able to create delivery.
