Hi all,
i can't able to logon to AE,after enetering username and password it is showing that user credentials invalid. I tried to change the Password by logging as a Administrator even so it is showing the same message .
I don't understand y suddenly it is showing this message.
Kindly do the needful.

Did you set the UME password for this user?
Then you need to change the initial password in another UME application first. This is because AE has its own logon screen which does not support password changes.
Try logging on at http://<server:port>/useradmin and authenticate there. Once you have reset the password, you can logon to AE.
Also, check if the user is locked and/or the end date expired.
