Can any guide me the master data for the QM / PM Module with the transaction code and with description please

Thank You very much . Do we need to maintain the QM Info-record for the Inspection sample ?

Is there any other way to create the QM info-record on back-ground

we have to bring some of our materials in to QM. Some of our Purchase Orders will come through to QM Inspection plan, catalog , Usage decision and then we are rejecting / bringing in to stock.Can any one tell us , what are the Probable Master data and transaction data , we don't want to maintain the characteristics / certificates in the QM.

Hi

Create Materials with QM view.

Activate inspection type 01

Mastres required:

QP01 Inspection plan

QS 41create catalog

QS 51 Creat selected set

QS 21 Create MIC

When GR is done, Inspection lot is created.

In qa 32 transcation, give material name,plant,lot created date to and from,inspn lot origin(select all inspection lots)

select the lot,click on inspection lot and save

Select lot click on results recording and lock and save

select lot click on usage decision and save.
