ATP Issue

Hi Friends,

I have come across an issue, when i create a sales order for a material which is in stock, still it pushes the date at the end of RLT. We are not sure what is driving this even though we have stock at hand.

Basically you have do ATP Check without RLT. If you click on availability overview symbol which is all the way on the bottom of the sales order it will bring you to availability overview screen. Here you have to click scope of check and basically you want to select check without RLT.

To do that you have to configure ATP check group and rules.

Menu path is spro- sales - BF - Availability check - Availability check against product planning.

Here you can find out particular settings that meet your needs and select check without RLT.

Also in very important part here is by using T code OVZ9 you can set up the ATP rule and select ATP check without RLT .

If due to Backward Scheduling, the material availability date is in past, then even though the stocks would be available, the system would carry out Forward Scheduling.

Check up your Material Availability Date. Is it in Past ?
