Very often such errors are encountered when a wrong password in provided for XIAPPLUSER in any of the rfc destinations in sm59. Check you rfc destinations in both your XI and R/3 and try to test the connection from there.

Also, try to analyse the data in sxmb_moni in XI and there you can get the exact details where you need to make the change.

Hi,

Its always recommended to not to use the service users in custome RFC connections.

If you want to have a connection with user "XIAPPLUSER" create a new user "ZXIAPPLUSER" and assign the specified roles and use it.

In you scenario you have to find out which connection is using wrong authentications and correct it.

Cheers

Sunil.

Hi,

I have copied user XIAPPLUSER into ZXIAPPLUSER but I face the same problem?.

User ZXIAPPLUSER is only being used in only one RFC connection.

hi,

the XIAPPLUSER or ZXIAPPLUSER will be in integration server.

it is not in r/3 side.

the message will enter your SAP-XI integration engine using the connection defined in the R/3.

hope you got it.

Is your connection is working whatever you have created with ZXIAPPLUSER ?

Hi I have no problems with the integration server. My problems as i see is only relatede to R3 side.

I have two scenaries which are copy of each other.

I use the same XI system to send data to different R3 system.

(I have also tried sending to both destination using the same scenarie.)

The first sends from the XI system (TXI) to TR3.

The second sends from the same XI system to KR3.

The differences between the the two scenaries are the

rfc destinations.

In the first scenarie i can send as many message i want. In the second one a can only send one message before the XIAPPLUSER in TR3 (su01) has/gets status "user deactivated"

Hi

XIAPPLUSER is a communication user.

Off course this user must be created in R3 othewise XI cannot logon to R3. I am using an idoc receiver.

As informed earlier I can send data to TR3 but have Poblems sending to KR3 as my XIAPPLUSER created in KR3 gets deactivated for som reason i can t explain.

Change the user type to be service user.

You might have used this user in any SM59 connection or used by some other system and defined password was wrong so its locking the user.
