User deleted, what about the carts they created ??

Hi,

We deleted some of the users and now are unable to see their shopping carts in monitor SC application, I researched this topic and found no better solution!, I am sure many of you would have had this issue, appreciate your feedback on this topic discussing if it is possible at first place to access these shopping carts.

Hi Disha,

I gone thru your thread before I posted this in SDN, actually I am not in favor of your first approach i.e., changing the standard table CRMD_PARTNER, but I tried your second approach of deleting Userid from new BP number and assigning same to old BP number using BP txn, however, when I run BBP_USERS_CHECK I get an error message saying Business partner for user 'EMPLOYEE01' is not an employee, so I am stuck here not knowing what to do, is there a way I can correct this error ??, I m awarding you points for your contribution.

Hi,

Best way is to lock the user and put the end date in the SU01.

Other method to add dummy users is mentined in the attached link.
