Hello Guru's,
Im observing in one of the satellite system SM21 log that the CSMREG user to get locked everynow and then
Could any one please give me an idea on that I have tried to refer many of the SAP notes but nothing relevant
found.
One of the SAP note suggests password inconsistence, if so could anyone please help me out with this on how
to resolve it.

I used to get this message all the time. Older ccms agents seem to periodically "forget" the CSMREG password, especially if the agents have outage windows. If you have a lot of ccms agents, you get all these messages in the CENs SM21 log with no idea on where they come from. I have two suggestions.
1) Upgrade older agents to current 640 or 700 agent versions. This may be a problem if you have older 32 bit platforms.
2) Rather than have all agents use the SAME userid, create CSMREG_hostname as copies of CSMREG. then messages in CENs SM21 tell you which agent is in trouble.

1.First thing why r u getting this user locked message in satellite system? there is no need of this user in satellite systems.
2.R u using this user as a RFC user for any other RFCs manually generated?If yes , check those RFCs, and the same user in the destinations.
3.If this error is under the CEN server, then check if the password provided in the csmconf file is the same in the ccms working directory.
