shadow instance is not getting up

Hi

I'm having the problem to start the shadow instance in upgrade phase

tying to start shadow instance using ./SAPup startshd in usr/sap/put/bin/

it's throwing the error

SAPup> SERVER ERROR: starting system faild rc=0;

and i checked buy unlocking the shadow but the problem remains same

here is the sapstart.log from /usr/sap/put/NW4/DVEBMGS02/work/

Hi,

Please have a look at the dev_disp and dev_w0 trace files or publish them.

They are located in the same directory as sapstart.log

solved the problem by clearing the semaphore
