Text determination language issue

Could you all experts tell me where are Languages(English, French, Ita) maintained in the text determination?

While assigning tables , you will be giving the language and the partner function ( from customer master )

Select TextID, then in Menu>Goto>Translation.

You can maintain multiple languages here.
