How to prevent popup

Hi Experts,

I have an image in a table with an action "open_popup". When I click on the image, a popup is opened.

In some cases, I don't want the popup to open. I.e. it should be forbidden to open the popup.

Guard conditions are not possible on popups.

Disabling or hiding the image is buggy.

So, who knows how to prevent this popup from opening?

Hi Benni,

No other way than disabling/hiding the image control. Actually, disabling or hiding it should not be problem at all.

thanks for your reply. We're on SP15.

Hiding images in a table --> images are not hidden

disabling images in a table --> table field is suddenly an input field as soon as you click on it

So these features are not an option.

Any other ideas?

Hi,

Clcik on the Image control and go for its properties then sleect Hide or Disable check Boxs as you need.

These features are there in SP15 also.

it should work and if any bugs on that it got fixed in SP16
