Insp type 04

hi,

this requirement is in 04 inspection from production.

business (Food industry) is demanding that once the insp. lot is made for 04, Quality should NOT process it for certain period (say 8 hrs or 1 day) once this period is over then only quality should process it for RR,UD or Stock posting.

keeping Lot in CRTD for the above period is also not acceptable.

User Discipline:-

You can keep the release of you sample manual through the smapling procedure>Valuation Mode> Manual Valuation.

And system will not allow to start the RR before releasing the physical sample number manualy. And you can restrict the the entry by allowing the trx (QPR4) to be done by some quality higher authirity only, by authorization.

You can use any of the following user exits to restict the result recording.

1 QEEM0003 add. functions after valuating insp. characs

2 QEEM0004 add. functions after valuation of partial samples

3 QEEM0006 add. functions after closing inspection characs

4 QEEM0007 add. functions after completing partial samples

5 QEEM0011 add. functions before valuating insp. characs

6 QEEM0012 add. functions before valuating partial samples

7 QEEM0015 add. functions after entering individual results

8 QEEM0020 additional functions after entering the inspector

9 QEEM0021 additional functions for user key +US1

10 QEEM0022 additional functions for user key +US2

11 QEEM0023 additional functions for user key +US3

12 QEEM0024 additional functions for user key +US4

I dont know how it will work for you but you can use Inspection Points as 150 - Generated insp. point, quantity or time for the tasklist header. The function module "QAPP_CUST_IP_CREATE" may be usefull to you.

Sorry, not standard process for this.

You don't say how often your doing GR's, if they are for the same order, same batch, etc... you've provided no details around this which is kind of important for 04 inspections.

You might want to look into using inspection points for your 04's based on time. These can be set up to be created automatically in advance, or as free inspection points.
