sdccn job task finish with error "System Failure with destination NONE..."

Hi Colleagues,

I'm configuring Solution Manager 7.0 Stack 15 on HP-UX 64 bits OS version 11.23 and Oracle 10.2

The problem is that when I create a task in sdccn solution manager system(SMT=SID) the task finish with error many hours later. The error is:

Message text Message class Message no. Message type

...

Error: Time limit exceeded. /BDL/BDL3 085 S

Error: System Failure with destination NONE /BDL/BDL3 085 S

...

For example, now I've a Refresh service definitions task, automatically created when I've executed in SAP Solution Manager System(SMT=SID)->sdccn->utilities->maintain service definitions

I've checked:

-I've executed se38->RTCCTOOL and all is green

-I've test oss1 transaction

- In the solution manager sdccn transaction is actived

- task processor is active and run hourly

- RFCs destinations sdcc_oss, saposs, sapnet_rfc are working fine (test connection and authorization are OK)

- I've revised SAP Notes 763561, 91488, 207223

- I've done in SAP Solution Manager sytem->sdccn->utilities->maintain service definitions to rebuild sdcc_oss

- I've checked NONE RFC internal and test connection is OK

- transaction sdccn -> goto->settings->task specific->Session Data Collection-> RFC destinatiosn-> settings ->SDCC_OSS desnitation is active and to SAP, SID=O01.

Please could you help me with the problem in task sdccn.

Just an idea: Ensure that optimizer statistics exist for table D010INC

(SAP Note 727998: Complete Replacement of Service Definitions for SDCC/SDCCN)

You may post the number of the customer message, which you have created.

About this SAP Note 727998, I've tried to apply it. The problem is step 2:

Re-import the service definitions

My case is, c) Systems on Basis Release 4.x with any ST-PI and Systems on Basis Release 6.x and higher

So when I execute a service definition refresh it takes many hours like you and me told in other thread question.

On the other hand, your idea at table D010INC. I've chequed statistics for this table with db20 transaction, and I see that:

Statistics are current (|Changes| < 50 %)

New Method:E

New Sample Size:P3

Old Method : E Date:11.06.2008

Old Sample Size:P3 Time :09:44:17

Number of Table Rows

Old Number :8.648.567

New Number : 8.648.567

DBSTATC Settings

Use:O

Active Flag:P

Is transaction db20 the best way to check optimizer statistics for tables?
