"Reply To" email address

Hello,

When a document is sent from SAP via internet mail, we want the "Reply To" return email address to be different to that of the person who was logged onto SAP and sent the document. Instead of the email address showing the sender personal email account, we want a group/ joint email account to be displayed. It seems to be only possible to enter one email address in the user master, and we need this to be the individual logged on because of workflow reasons.

Does anyone have any suggestions how this can be managed within SAP? If not, we will have to look at a solution involving the mail server people.

Hi,

You can create a email group in the email client and mention that address for the spool recipient. However, if you want to send the mail to SAP Office inbox, it is not possible.
