vendor master data delation

Hi gurs,

i want to delate complete vendor master data . and also data should not be available in LFA1 table . i tryed xk05, xk06 but still data available in LFA1 table.

Please guide me.

You can archive the Record if you want to remove the data from the database. Archive Object for vendor master : FI_ACCPAYB.

Hi Naidu,

I will suggest you one way but it should not be used,

Go to se11->LFA1->UTILITES->DATABASE UTILITY->then select the last radio button at the bottom delete data -> and then press the button ACTIVATE AND ADJUST DATABASE.

Thats all friend with in a span of time the data will be refreshed.

Or else you can use the statement "drop table" in ABAP.

Also you have to remove records from table:

LFB1 Vendor Master (Company Code)

But I really do not know how you delete record from tables, deleting them from database level is not a good way.
