Service will not work until ITS restarted

Hi, gurus!

My ITS-service will not work after publishing, until ITS restarted.

IMHO restart ITS with each publish is not normally.

ITS show error:

Interpreter Failed

The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current request.

Please contact the system administrator.

Internal error code: 0x2101

Hi Andrey,

<b>If you use ITS <= 6.2</b>

It depends on the ITS mode you use.

<u>Transactional IAC</u> : Can you find a dump in the system (ST22), oryou can launch the debuger when starting your service, and you'll see what happens in the system.

<u>Flow logic IAC</u> : check the published files directly on the ITS folders, make sure all your modifications (.html and .flow files) are correctly published.

For further investigations, please provide more information.

I use ITS 6.20 in Transactional IAC mode.

I can't find dump in ST22 - my service is work correctly.

Hi,

If the StaticTemplates on,then it would be required to flush the cache

or restart the AGate after a new template is published.

You can either flush the cache with the ITS ADM tool or you can turn

off the StaticTemplates feature for this ITS instance.

It's registry parameter that you should be able to find out using

ADM tool. Here is the path:

<ITS Inst> >Configuration >Registry >Programs >SAPJulep Settings

Yes, you are right.. having to restart after evry publish is not normal. Are you sure you published ( completely) the service to the right server? Also, what versiof ITS are you on?
