Hello,
When i try to cancel the import of Support Package SAPKW31024, the next
message is displayed:
you cannot reset the queue from import phase 'RUN_SPAU_?'
Coud anybody help me?

But we do not want to end the importation of Support Package SAPKW31024. what we want is to go back.

Your SP was almost completed you need to go to transaction SPAU and check the corrections then confirm the changes and resume the transport.
