Issues while printing!!

Hi all..

I have a daily job which generates output to a spool and thereby to a printer.

Got an issue from the user that the printouts are not proper..

ie., the first page prints properly in a landscape fashion and rest of the pages are in portrait manner and that too fonts enlarged.

And the other daily jobs generated properly the report ie., all the pages in a landscape manner.. and not in porttrait and large fonts.

Is it due to ABAP coding or printer related issues..

Please advise...

Hi,

You just check out for your code (Smartforms). If the Print out is proper on your side then it might be the problem with the Printer else there is some minor problem with the code.

In the header data of the spool request in SP01 check if the format is Landscape

If this is an issue with just one user or just one printer, then, naturally, it's an issue witn how SAP communicates with that particular printer.

If this is not working properly for any user or printer, then it's an issue with whatever is used to create the spool.
