Dear PS Experts..
In our project i want to keep some important information with project defintion like (1) Finanace Controllar (2) Quality Engineer Name with including extra TAB naming Information ..how can I do this ......Including this ....How can I keep a selection list for finance Controllar name to select the name ...

Hi,
You just give the User exit number CNEX0006 to abaper. He will work on this.
Tell him to Go to- SPRO -PS- Structure - Operative Structure -WBS - Enhancements for Project and WBS - Create customer specific fields in Project Definition.
All the steps are available there in Performance Assist.

With the help of User Exit "CNEX0006" u can create new tab with additional fileds as per the requirement.

You can use this enhancement to add new customer-specific fields for the standard project definition in
table PROJ. To process these fields you can create your own screen, which the user can call up when
maintaining standard project definitions.
