Dear Gurus,

1.How to send the sales data from POS to SAPu2026 what T-code?

We are using third party POS and not POS Triversity.

Should I use WUPK or trigger directly VF01 through an IDOC?

2. How should I send the Goods receipt details to SAP from POS?

Should I Use WPUW or else MB01/MB0A through an IDOCS?

Could some one help me out with the Process of Out bound and Inbound Transactions .

Hi

for sending data from SAP to POS u can use WPMA tcode with the help of that Tcode you can send

Merchandise category information

Article master data

Control data

EAN

Bonus buys & coupons

Promotion discounts

Assortment lists

for inbound scenaro -

you can use standrad IDOC

like

WPUBON01 - Sales transactions, receipt-based

WPUUMS01 - Sales transactions, aggregated

WPUTAB01 - Means of payment (Upload day-end closing POS)

WPUKSR01 - Cashier statistics

WPUFIB01 - Financial transactions

WPUWBW01 - Goods movements

and process these IDOC with thep of Tcode BD20 or report RBDAPP01

Dear Amit,

Firstly thanks for your valuable information.I will reward points to you.

I hope we can send articles,Prices,taxes,MC's thro. WDBM_HPR rather than thro. WPMA

In WPMA its becoming a tedious process to select all articles and process since we have very huge master data.

Please let me know which is the right method?

Becz. in WDBM_HPR i need to have the assortment list type which comes from the Basic data view of Article.But we are not using any Assortment list types .

Also could you please let me know if there are price changes.

how sould i send send from SAP to POS.should i send thro.

Hi

when u want to send data first time you can use TCODE

WPMI you can also use your method

for prices change you can also use IDOC type COND_A01
