while creating delivery, vl01n, system is giving error message like only 0 nos of material available despite material available

please suggest the way

1) Go to sale order VA02, click on schedule line tab and see stock is confirmed. If not, do availability check once again

2) In VL01N, ensure that you input correct shipping point

3) Ensure that no deliveries is created for the same material and PGI not done which you can check in VL21.

I am facing the same problem. The stock is uploded into unreserved stock but still it is showing that 0 materail is avilable.

Hi

Are you trying to create the delivery for a future date. If not, did the incoming of material to the plant has happened as per the schedule.

While proposing the delivery dates in the schedule lines, the system considers various factors including inflow and outflow of material. If the planned inflow has not happened then there will not be any material available 'for this order' to deliver. Check the Tcode CO09 for the ATP quantities. Guess there will not be any ATP quantities, though the stock is there in the plant.

Hi,

Just as a check what is the Strategy you have maintained and which is the indicator set for Availability check set in the Material Master.

Do you have any other Order maintained for the same material? Or is there any Delivery pending without PGI?
