BPM Looping

I Have a Synchronous BPM and for some reason it is LOOPING indefinitely.

1 )How should I find the Corresponding Work Item from SXMB_MONI?

2) How to stop the looping work item (I am executing the transaction /nSWWL but unable to find the corresponding Workitem)

Please help me.

HI Naveen

In sxmb_moni, you find your message, in this case, you have outbound as PE just double on pe engine it will take you to event queue browser,

there you will find option work item,

Just select the event and click it, you will get work item

Enjoy......

Here you will get work item details also so you can stop looping.

If this does not work then go for <u>sxmb_moni_bpe</u> trasaction

If u select the PE in sxmb_moni and choose "list with technical details" icon , you should get the instanceid of the workitem.In swwl give this workitem id & search , better to remove all filter criteria except creation time and try.

Thanks for all your response.

But still I couldn't stop the Jobs thats flooding in my SXMB_MONI. I am struggling here to stop that. I went into SWWL and deleting the WF but it keeps on coming up like a mushroom.

Help me.

Hi Naveen,

Try deleting(in SWWL) the WF for the whole BPM not just the workitem for your loop step.

Hi Naveen,

In technical workflow log there will be work item id for each step in your BPM. The first workitem id in your technical work flow log is for the complete BPM workflow.

try deleteing all the work items for this BPM.
