Hi SAP Friends,
We have a material with BOM for sale, the material type is HAWA with Item category group LUMF, this one with two materials HAWA with materials category group NORM.
The sales cycle work perfect (sales order - delivery - picking - billing )
When we created a Returns Document referenced to a billing document, SAP only copy the first position of the source document DIDN´T COPY THE BOM.
If we create a Returns Document referenced to a sales order, the copy of all material works with no problem (main materials & BOM)
Doc. Type = RE
Item Cat = REN and RENN
We need to create the Returns document referenced to a bill, but we don´t know why this is not working well.
We've checked the Item Category Assignment and we got the follow customizing
Doc Type | Item category group Item cat higher-level item | Default it cat for doc
RE | LUMF | BLANK | REN
RE | NORM | REN | RENN
We've also checked the control Copy of the Sales Documents and we get the next options:
TX: VTAA
Copying Sales Document to Sales Document
target RE Source ZCO Items Ok TANN, ZTAP
TX:VTAF
Copying Billing Document to Sales Document
target RE Source F2 Items Ok TANN, ZTAP
We are using:
Sales Order original:
type ZCO (copy of Standard Order OR)
Sales Doc.Original with:
Items Category ZTAP (copy of TAP with relevant for billing = G and pricing standard)
Items Category for BOM TANN (Free of Charge Item)
Billing type: F2 (invoice).
Sales Return Order Type: RE
I'll appreciate if anyone can help us.
Regards,
Jorge
Hi guys,
We solve the problem.-
The problems was at the copy control of sales documents / Copying Control: Billing Document to Sales Document (TX: VTFA) / SOURCE = F2, TARGET = RE / ITEM = TANN / COPYING REQUIREMENTS = MUST BE 303 Always an item
We had COPYING REQUIREMENTS = 302 Do not copy item
Thanks a lot if you read the problems, I hope the solution may be help anybody.
Regards.
