Hi friends,

We are doing sample project in SD and one of requirements is

at time of output only 'PO Box' words to be printed. PO box number is not to be printed.

How to do this?

PO Box number field is available in customer master.

If you want only for particular customer it should not be printed, then go to XD02, enter customer number, In PO box address group, check the field PB box w/o number.

If this is a required entry for all customers, then go to OVT0, select the account group, in general data, address group, make the field 'PO box without number' a required entry.

Go to Transaction NACE,

Here select your Output type and go to the Driver Progam and

explain the same to your technical person.with the help of your

Technical Person your requirment will get done.

Hi tejas

Show the PO box to your ABAP'er , if he asks the feild name provide it , and tell to your ABAP'er to put the PO box in the output by using smartforms . The ABAP'er will assign the smartform to your output type. so accordingly you can get the PO box in the output
