Redetermination of Monitoring Procedure in Subscription Order

Dear All ,

Can we change the Monitoring procedure in Renewal Subscription order after it is created.

We determine the Monitoring procedure based on the Customer monitoring procedure and Billing frequency. Now after this is determined in the order i want to change it . Can we do it?

Hi ,

We can change monitoring procedure in unlimited change only ,when we go for unlimited change the system will generate

a new item with an updation of your all previous data in this item.
