How to send an e-mail to the sender if the messages fails in XI

Hi frndz,

I have a reuirement where in, the XI should be able to send an e-mail to sender, if this message fails in the XI.

And the e-mail should consist an

1) Payload of the message

2) Description of the error

and also the Receipients of this email should be editable...

Kindly reply asap, points will be awarded according to the solution...................

HI,

have you referred the Alert Framework that could give you the Mail notification also.

But it will not give you the payload as part of mail.

Hi Swarup,

Thanks for the post but can you explain me in detail, how to approch this senario. As i have mentioned in my earlier post that the mail have to be sent to the sender if the message failed in the XI system during translation.

The mail should contain the payload of the message and error description.

kindly help me if u have any idea abt this

0. Create UserID for Sender System and assign a email address

1. Create on Alert Configuration and assign it to senderID

2. Create Alert Rules and select AE Sender Business System name.

3. Subscribe rule to that user.
