I would like to upload (mass) customer phone number and fax number.

Phone number I can get kna1. Where can I get fax number?

Also from KNA1. The field name is TELFX, Go to se16 type in KNA1 as the table name and you can see all the fields available in KNA1.

Dear Murali

To get the fax details, first from table KNA1, you have make a note of numeric value flowing in the field "ADDRESS" and then go to table ADRC and input this field value and execute. You will get the fax number of the respective customer code.

Hi,

You can do this in Tcode XD99, Select Table-KNA1.Choose Telephone number-1 & Fax Number Field & go ahead with the changes.

Initially try with few test customers & then carry on for the whole lot.
