Can Anybody tell me the method how to Archive Spool Request

were you able to archive the spool requests? if you were able to then can you please provide me details of how to do it, as we have the same requirement.

Hi

Please follow the procedure as below.

1. Go to OAC2 and create a document say Z_archive and give description

2. Go to transaction code OAC3 and enter the followings.

Object type=DRAW

Docment type =Z_archive

Link status =Active

Content repository= What you are using

Retention period= As per requirement

Save it

3. Go to OAD5 complete the work bench taking your document type and create a presettings for it. Save it

Now Archive any data and go to OADR and you will get details about your archived spools
