Problem in Carryforward Commit. & Budget from FY08 to FY09 thro'CJCF & CJCO

Dear Friend's

Actually i have to carryforward commitments & budget for one of my project.

For that 1st i have run S_ALR_87013558, In this report in Previous year coloumn budget/commitment/available figs showing.

When I executed CJCF Tcode with detail list, Commitment's not getting carry forwarded into the FY 2009,

I am getting Message: There are no commitments record for conversion.

After this when i go for CJCO Tcode with detail list, Budget also not getting carry forwarded into FY 2009.

I am getting Message as follows:

No.of WBS Elements selected: 5

No.of WBS Elements with Budget:5

No.of WBS Elements for which carryforward made:0

Then I have run IMCAOV Tcode. ( Actually there in no meaning of running this tcode because CJCF & CJCO Tcode result is unsucessfull, which i have mention above.)

Can any one guide me on this issue, What is the problem & how to resolve the same.

Still i am not getting because of what reason it is happening.Before this i have done Carryforward activity for various projects but that time i never faced this kind of problem.

Hi sandeep,

Check for WBSE whether any remaning budget is

available for the year 2008 or not, then try for CJCO

Check the budget assignment you are using annual budget

or overall budget.
