you can use QQMA0014 QM/PM/SM: Checks before saving a notification

My steps as below , pls check if i have any mistakes.

1.I added the enhancement to project that was created by CMOD.

2.Active this project .

3.Add message in EXIT_SAPMIWO0_020 .

4.Creat notification by QM01 , but it was not actived.
