Print va02

Hi,

I am not able to take the print out of order acceptance from VA02 and even I can not access the print preview of same.

Please give me the solution how to solve this issues.

Hi Das,

Check whether ur output type has medium 1(print out), program and form assigned to it (V/30). If yes, then it should work. If no then explain in brief what exactly u r doing and the error u r geting.

Hi Rash., yr issue may have many reasons. Hope u provide what message is from the system.

Anyway, pls take the followings in mind:

1. configure output type for yr "order acceptance"

2. assign this output type to yr sales doc type, etc., depends on the access sequences.

Have you maintian the condition record for BA00 in VV11? If not then maintian the same and medium as print output.

Hi,

Please check if the output type is assigned to the partner functions in the sales order you mentioned.

Also check if the output type is assigned to the document header and item.
